The crossover film between Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger and Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger. After hijacking the Hurricaneger's mechs; Wendinu and Furabijo, who survived their supposed deaths, unleash an ancient Jakanja warrior infused with Dino Guts known as Janil Iga. The film opens on Dino Earth fifteen years ago with a village elder telling the story of how Princess Freezia sealed away a pair of evil Bakuryuu with the Holy Sword, encasing them in ice. If the evil creatures are ever released from their prison, the world will end in a grip of fear "encased in white".
The film depicts the activities of a female financier nicknamed "Silver Shark" Nakajima, who has his own ideas about computer systems, asks Kyoko, a club mama, to contact a mysterious female financier who calls herself "Silver Shark". With Kyoko's help, Nakajima secures a 150 million yen loan from "Silver Shark" and begins working with his partner Nosaka to establish a new company. However, soon after, both Nosaka and the money disappear...
