Takarazuka Revue Flower Troupe's 2023 adaptation is based on Mérimée's original work "Carmen". This story, set in Spain, depicts Don José, a military noncommissioned officer, who is fascinated by the free-spirited Carmen and falls in love with her.

This beloved musical, packed with exhilarating numbers, is brought to life by Moon Troupe, led by An Hozuki and Juri Amashi, with a new script, translated lyrics, and direction for the 2025 production.
