A crossover with The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Codename: Kids Next Door. While Billy's Dad is underwear shopping, Billy wears his dad's lucky pants, and accidentely rips them with Grim's scythe. He calls Ed, Edd n Eddy, and they recommend Kids Next Door for charity. Numbuh 1 disguises as Billy while Billy is taken to the Deep Sea Lab. Mandy arrives at Billy's house and knows Numbuh 1 is not Billy, and tortures him into revealing the truth. Meanwhile, the Delightful Children From Down the Lane and Billy accidentally fuse with the scythes power to create the Delightful Reaper, and Mandy takes over the KND by fooling Numbuh 362 and the rest of the operatives. Now its up to Numbuh 1 and the Grim Reaper to save KND and stop Mandy and the Delightful Reaper.

Hare is working at a construction site with a welding machine, from which sparks fly off and hit the Wolf. Wolf notices Hare and starts a chase, but the Hare defends himself with the welding machine. At the end of the issue Wolf crashes into an advertisement for a polytechnic technical school and expresses his desire to learn to operate welding machines there, but it turns out that this technical school accepts only athletes. The episode focuses on the problem that some technical schools and universities at that time, accepted students not based on knowledge, but by athletic merit, so that the institution could show sports results.
Dora and Boots jump into the magic storybook once again to help a girl named Allie find the four colored crystals that were stolen from the Crystal Kingdom by a greedy king in four different stories on their big searching adventure. They also get a shield, butterfly wings, and a magic wand along the way to end the greedy king's reign.

Volk tries to make amends with Zayats but it doesn't go as planned. Some other time he follows Zayats to a science fair, but finds there something he won't be able to handle.
At a concert that Zayats is hosting Volk tries to catch him yet again.
Hare buys glasses at the store, on the way out Wolf lures him to his house. At home they want to drink juice from the new glasses, but the glasses start to break right in their hands. The episode raises the problem of poor quality splintering glasses.
