The roll of 16 mm film of Shahin Parhami's "Mirror of Breath" was among a few rolls given to André Habib by Lara Breistein, following the filmmaker's death on March 23rd 2021. In the summer of 2024, when taking inventory of this lot, Eva Létourneau realized that the film was heavily damaged by water and showed signs of mold. Thanks to Chantal Partamian and Eva, the film could be repaired and cleaned, and was later digitized by Louis Pelletier at Laboratoire Cinémédias.
