July 4th, 1976. Two hundred years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, America has changed a lot. Far removed from the original ideals are some individuals. The youth becoming more and more opposed to the "freedom" promised, while others use their power for their own personal gain. Neddy Walker, a blind photographer joins the pack. Pat is must face the burden of the sunglasses, as he faces zombies dancing and flapping like they never have before, in order to gain control over the glasses.
