However, there are people who are worried about cats who are not leaving the place which will be demolished soon, ahead of reconstruction. "I want to ask. Do you want to keep living here?" Documentary about the abandonment of cats in the Carlos Thays botanical garden, in the city of Buenos Aires, which is a very old problem. To help alleviate this problem there is the Botanist's Cats Protection Commission. This documentary not only reflects the work of the group but also the risks to which an animal exposes when abandoned. This documentary is produced, recorded and edited by Georgina Zanardi, image and sound designer, founder of Mondo Lila Producciones and volunteer for the Botanical's cat protection commission. The music is composed by Leandro Bajar, guitarist and composer in various musical groups, the music was recorded by Christian Vieyra. The sound design is done by Iván Rivelli, an audiovisual graduate, the graphic design is in charge of Francisca Brown, graphic designer and volunteer for the Botanist's cat protection commission.
On December 15, 2024, the collision and sinking of two fuel oil tankers in the Kerch Strait caused one of the most devastating environmental disasters in the history of the Black Sea. Six months later, the tankers lying on the seabed are still leaking fuel oil, and of the thousands of volunteers who initially took part in the cleanup, only a few dozen remain along a 30-kilometer stretch of beach. The film was shot on the Taman Peninsula in early summer 2025, against the backdrop of a formally lifted, yet in reality already underway, beach season. In the face of scarce resources, the departure of their own leaders, and the daily release of fuel oil, the volunteers talk about themselves, rescue animals, combat the ignorance of those around them, and try to find the motivation to continue their fight against a disaster that at times seems endless.
