UDC, known for Dance Valley, Impulz, HQ,Concept and 4 Elements, proudly presents Carl Cox & Friends where the big man play a six-hour set alongside friends in the Ahoy, Rotterdam. The entire party centres around Carl and he will announce who his DJ friends are that will be lining-up alongside him. On the subject, Carl said: There is nothing better than sharing good music with friends. When we decided to do this event, I really wanted to make it something personal, and also share it with my friends. What you will experience on this evening is something never done before. The show has been designed from the bottom up, costs have been thrown out of the window and the priorities - sound, production, lighting, and of course music - have taken centre stage!

Making use of British, Soviet and American footage, the Ministry of Information’s Sidney Bernstein (later founder of Granada Television) aimed to create a documentary that would provide lasting, undeniable evidence of the Nazis’ unspeakable crimes. He commissioned a wealth of British talent, including editor Stewart McAllister, writer and future cabinet minister Richard Crossman – and, as treatment advisor, his friend Alfred Hitchcock. Yet, despite initial support from the British and US Governments, the film was shelved, and only now, 70 years on, has it been restored and completed by Imperial War Museums under its original title "German Concentration Camps Factual Survey".
