In a fateful childhood encounter, Mira Kinohata met a stargazing dreamer named Ao Manaka. Since Hung Sue Yan moved in, a series of strange events have occurred in the family. Upon investigation, the source is traced to Lung Ging Fung, a promising young man who is the son of department store mogul Lung Gam Wai.

Su Lingyu transmigrates into a book where she has to play a vicious female supporting character. In order to complete her daily vicious tasks, she pretends to be disgusted by her husband Huo Yan's disability and scolds him and her in-laws daily. However, what she doesn't know is that her inner thoughts can be heard by the whole family. The Huo family decide to not expose Su Lingyu, playing along with her to help her complete her daily tasks.

Bless this house is a British sitcom starring Sid James and Diana Coupland that aired on ITV from the 2nd February 1971 to the 22nd April 1976. It was written by Derek Collyer, David Comming, B.C. Cummins, Harry Driver, George Evans, Dave Freeman, Carla Lane, Brian Platt, Vince Powell, Adele Rose, Mike Sharland, Bernie Sharp, Myra Taylor, Jon Watkins and Lawrie Wyman. It was made for the ITV network by Thames Television. In 2004, Bless this house came 67th in Britain's best sitcom.
