Demob was a short-lived British comedy-drama television series, which screened for one six-episode series in 1993 on ITV. The series was set in the late 1940s and early 1950s, and starred Martin Clunes and Griff Rhys Jones as two ex-army friends who decide to try to form an entertainment act, with the aim of getting work on BBC radio. The series also starred Samantha Womack, Amanda Redman and Les Dawson.

Hung Sue Gan starting from the bottom, established his own logistics company, which is now running smoothly. His only concern now are his three daughters. His eldest daughter has immigrated overseas. Since Hung Sue Yan moved in, a series of strange events have occurred in the family. Upon investigation, the source is traced to Lung Ging Fung, a promising young man who is the son of department store mogul Lung Gam Wai.

In order to complete her daily vicious tasks, she pretends to be disgusted by her husband Huo Yan's disability and scolds him and her in-laws daily. The Huo family decide to not expose Su Lingyu, playing along with her to help her complete her daily tasks.

It was made for the ITV network by Thames Television. In 2004, Bless this house came 67th in Britain's best sitcom.
