Sandra, The Fairytale Detective

Sandra, The Fairytale Detective is a Spanish TV series. Created by Imira Productions. It is an animated program aimed at young children that attempts to combine the genres of fairy tales and detective novels. A few years back, Imira Entertainment sought a way to combine those two concepts while simultaneously creating one of the most inventive cartoons in years. Now, the company is taking its proven success and shopping it around a number of new locations, bringing Sandra to TG4 in Ireland and RSI in Switzerland. The Fairytale Detective is accompanied by her pal Fo the Elf, a 508 year old assistant who gathers Sandra’s cases, as well as Rachel, Sandra’s best pal. As if the mysteries weren’t tough enough, Markus will appear on occasion, hoping to spoil the day by bullying Sandra. Thankfully, though, Sandra always finds her way.

Alice

Alice Hamilton, a fiercely independent twenty-something, watches as her lover Jack Chase is kidnapped and driven into darkness. Desperate to find Jack, Alice puts her trust in a stranger who calls himself White Rabbit and suddenly finds herself on the other side of a looking glass.

Princess Tutu

Princess Tutu follows Duck, a duck who was transformed into a young girl and takes ballet at a private school. She becomes enamoured of her mysterious schoolmate Mytho, and transforms into Princess Tutu to restore his shattered heart. Mytho's girlfriend Rue transforms into Princess Kraehe to frustrate Tutu's efforts, and Mytho's protective friend Fakir discourages Mytho's burgeoning emotions. When it becomes apparent that Duck, Rue, Mytho, and Fakir are meant to play out the characters in a story by a long-dead writer named Drosselmeyer, they resist their assigned fates and fight to keep the story from becoming a tragedy.

Valde's Christmas - The Guardian of the Forest

Valde's Christmas is about the boy Valde, who is approached by the wolf-changer Tala. She tells him that he has been chosen as the Guardian of the Forest, and that the ancient Mother Tree is calling him to restore the pact between the magical creatures of the forest and humans. A Christmas adventure filled with nature, magic, love and new friendships.

The Charmings

The Charmings is an American fantasy sitcom that aired from March 1987 to February 1988 on ABC. Based on the fairy tale Snow White, it chronicles Snow White and Prince Charming after they are transported in time from the Enchanted Forest to the 20th Century Los Angeles suburbs.

Sømanden Otto (Brandenburg) har bugseret sit gode skib ”Julia” ind i Skilteskoven. Her nyder han freden og roen, alene med sin trofaste følgesvend, papegøjen Bounty (Søren Thorup), og ugentligt besøg af Landhandelens Karen-Marie (Karin Jagd), indtil borgmesterens datter ”Henry” (Amalie Ihle Alstrup) farer vild, og søger nattely på skibet… Duftforhandleren Viggo Velva (Axel Strøbye) har dog ikke tænkt sig, at Otto skal blive i granskoven. Han forsøger, på alle (lovlige og ulovlige) måder, at overtage skoven, for at kunne brænde den ned, så han kan bruge duften af afbrændt gran til sit nyeste projekt ”Jul på Dåse”. I bunden af skibet ”Julia”, det sted Otto kalder Sumpen, bor de tre nisser; Kogle, Multe og Stub (LINIE 3). De gør alt hvad der står i deres magt for at hjælpe Otto, Henry og Karen-Marie mod Velvas miljøfjendske planer.
