Strong

Strong features 20 contestants, which include 10 male trainers and 10 female trainees. The trainers work on helping their trainees improve their physical fitness, not only through losing weight but also through achieving a balance between mind and body, and getting into shape both physically and mentally. After a series of challenges, two teams will face each other in a physical competition in the Elimination Tower, with the losing team being eliminated from the series. The winning team will receive a cash prize of up to $500,000, depending on their overall performance in the show.

American Grit

American Grit contestants will be mentored by "The Cadre," made up of military members who, along with Cena, will push their civilian charges throughout the competition. The Cadre consists of: Navy Seal trainer, Rorke Denver; Purple Heart recipient, U.S. Army veteran Noah Galloway; Veteran U.S. Marine Gunnery Sergeant, Tawanda “Tee” Hanible; and U.S. Army Ranger sniper, Nick “The Reaper” Irving.

In the new program, twelve well-known Dutch people embark on an adventure in a breathtaking location on the Mediterranean Sea. They compete in a game full of dilemmas, temptation, and revenge, surrounded by temples, ruins, and nature. The game revolves around a single mysterious object: Pandora's Box. And the participants are better off leaving it closed, because, just like in the myth, opening it has ominous consequences. The game revolves not only around Pandora, but also features other Greek mythical figures. The challenges during the episodes are inspired by Sisyphus, and exciting encounters with Medusa's gaze take place. Each episode culminates in a confrontation with two cursed players fighting for survival, while competing against each other in a duel to avoid elimination. This means new relationships, alliances, and above all, unpredictability every week.

In this festive two-night special, Gordon Ramsay hosts nine talented young chefs competing in a holiday-themed culinary showdown. The contestants will whip up dishes inspired by Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Lunar New Year, and other seasonal celebrations. Judges Gordon Ramsay, Tilly Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez, and Daphne Oz will determine the champion, who will receive a $25,000 grand prize, a premium Viking Kitchen package, and a unique MasterChef snow globe trophy. This season, every junior chef will depart with a special kitchen-related gift, and the second-place finisher will be awarded their own Viking Kitchen package.

My Kitchen Rules

The Next Top Model is a Greek reality television show that forms part of the Top Model series. Greek model Vicky Kayas assumes the role of Tyra Banks from the original series as the head of the search as well as a mentor for the contestants. The first season premiered on October 12, 2009. Scrapheap Challenge is an engineering game show produced by RDF Media and broadcast on Channel 4 in the United Kingdom. In the show, teams of contestants had 10 hours in which to build a working machine that could do a specific task, using materials available in a scrapheap. The format was exported to the United States, where it was known as Junkyard Wars as a completely different TV series. The US show was also produced by RDF Media, and was originally shown on The Learning Channel. Repeats have aired on another Discovery network, the Science Channel.
